Russia launches price fixing case against carriers

Like the EU-Commission, Russian authorities also suspect container carriers of coordinating prices, and the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has now launched proceedings.

The Russian competition authority FAS, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, has launched proceedings against a total of 13 carriers suspecting of coordinating prices in breach of the law, according to a press release from the Russia competition authority.
