Competitors respond to P3 alliance

The six carriers of the G6 are expanding their close collaboration on the Pacific and Atlantic at the same time as the P3 alliance is planned to launch.

The container shipping alliance G6, which - as the name implies - covers six carriers, has decided to expand its collaboration to include routes between Asia and the North American west coast and the trans-Atlantic routes. The alliance already covers routes between Asia and the US east coast as well as Asia-Europe.
