Rickmers acquires Hamburg Süd vessels in joint venture
Hamburg-based Rickmers has formed a joint venture with equity fund Apollo Global Management to acquire six Panamax reefer vessels for USD 176 million.

A joint venture between German Rickmers Group and funds tied to equity fund Apollo Global Management, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, has purchased six ships from Hamburg Süd, says Rickmers in a press release.
