Investment company Kistefos has made an offer to purchase all shares in carrier Rederi AB Transatlantic, worth an estimated USD 115.4 million.

Investment company Kistefos has made an offer to shareholders in Rederi AB Transatlantic, and the offer is currently being scrutinized by the Swedish carrier's executive board.
