DFDS sees major improvements

DFDS improved its operating profit (EBITDA) by 31 percent in the 2nd quarter 2014, to USD 71.7 million, just as revenue grew eight percent. The company increases its forecast.

Improvements on the North Sea, the English Channel and in the logistics division secured shipping and logistics group DFDS a significant improvement in the 2nd quarter. The operating profit grew 31 percent, to USD 71.7 million, while the result before taxes and special items increased 143 percent, to USD 41 million.
