Maersk has found Mr. Triple-E's successor

Maersk has now found its new CEO for Maersk Maritime Technology. Bo Cerup-Simonsen's replacement comes from Finnish Wärtsilä. Read on to learn who.

Following a prolonged search process, Maersk has now found a replacement for Bo Cerup-Simonsen, who resigned as CEO of Maersk Maritime Technology on July 1st.

The new CEO is named Paolo Tonon, Maersk tells ShippingWatch. He comes from Finnish Wärtsilä, where he has spent more than 15 years working in fields such as production, product development and engine design, most recently as Vice President of Corporate and Service Quality.
