ICS: Governments should join forces against sulfur violators

The shipping industry is prepared for the new requirements concerning significantly reduced sulfur emissions in northern Europe, says the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) in a statement. But the organization has noted some carriers' concerns about insufficient enforcement ahead of the implementation.
