Siem Offshore preparing to split the company in two

The Norwegian offshore carrier has launched preparations for splitting the company into two divisions that in time can become two individual companies.

Offshore carrier Siem Offshore announced in a statement today, Thursday, that the company has decided to split the carrier in two.

The first part will be called "Siem Offshore OSV" and will focus exclusively on operating offshore supply vessels.
