New Polish ferry operator targets the Baltic Sea
Polferries has merged with another Polish ferry operator, and thus no longer represents a possible acquisition for the other Baltic Sea ferry companies. On the contrary, the newly merged player will try to increase its strength on the Baltic Sea market.

Poland's Ministry of Taxes has, through company Polska Grupa Promova (PGP), merged the two ferry operators Polska Zegluga Baltucka, also known as Polferries, Unity Line, which is owned by company Polsteam.
