Marine insurance claims up again in 2015

The number of reported damages of more than USD 10 million in the first half of 2015 has already surpassed 2014 as a whole, notes the Nordic Association of Marine Insurers, Cefor, in its half-year report.

The total number of shipwrecks, major damages - and thus also the cost for insurance companies - are increasing after noting a fairly stable development since 2009.
