
Norden's former Chairman Mogens Hugo did not hold back when speaking to ShippingWatch about the new CEO's primary task. The company must deliver better results in spite of a difficult market. That was back in February 2015, when both Norden's share price and its results were completely flailing. Nevertheless, it was a surprisingly direct message from the Chairman that the new CEO must deliver a solid bottom line irrespective of market conditions.
Jan Rindbo has now taken over the corner office in an old brewery building in Copenhagen, once held by his predecessor and now BW Group CEO Carsten Mortensen. This is also where current Norden Chairman Klaus Nyborg had his office back when he served as interim CEO.
