This is the outline for Jan Rindbo's new Norden strategy

Norden's new CEO, 41-year-old Jan Rindbo, has begun developing a business plan which in many ways breaks with the previous three-year strategies adopted by the company. ShippingWatch has interviewed Rindbo about the company's new goals.

Norden's former Chairman Mogens Hugo did not hold back when speaking to ShippingWatch about the new CEO's primary task. The company must deliver better results in spite of a difficult market. That was back in February 2015, when both Norden's share price and its results were completely flailing. Nevertheless, it was a surprisingly direct message from the Chairman that the new CEO must deliver a solid bottom line irrespective of market conditions.
