China has sentenced eight carriers to pay fines for a total of USD 63 million for illegal price arrangements in the transportation of automobiles and dairy products, according to Bloomberg this Monday.
The carriers concerned are Nippon Yusen KK (NYK), Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL), Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha and Eastern Car Liner from Japan, Korean Eukor Car Carriers as well as Norwegian Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics and Chilean CSAV.
