Media: Danish fund close to wrapping Danish Ship Finance acquisition

Equity fund Axcel is close to completing the purchase of Danish Ship Finance after a protracted sale process. Two Danish pension funds are helping the firm finance the purchase.

The sale of Danish Ship Finance is allegedly nearing completion, and according to Danish business daily Berlingske Business, the equity fund Axcel drew the longest straw in the drawn-out process of selling the bank.
