Not many Danish CEOs land the opportunity to stand at the helm of an international group, but former Norden CEO Carsten Mortensen is one of them. Last year, he was awarded the Chief Executive position at shipping giant BW Group.
It is a new adventure for the man who logged 17 years at Norden and prior to that, several years with Maersk Group. However it is also a complete transformation in work style, especially on the travel front. While the CEO is no stranger to travel, he has never before seen this many air miles on the job.
