EU committee: Shipping's CO2 emissions should be regulated globally

"A big and major step," says Simon Bergulf, Director of EU Affairs for the Danish Shipowners' Association, after a majority in the EU Parliament's Industry Committee concluded that CO2 emissions from shipping comprise a global issue.
