Norway proposes fuel ban to prevent sulfur cheating

Going forward, it could become illegal for vessels to carry fuel on board with sulfur contents exceeding 0.5 percent. This is clear after Norway has decided to prepare a proposal for a ban to be submitted to the IMO.
