Toll Group's deficit grows to almost half a billion dollars

Australia's Toll Group reports a deficit of more than AUD 685 million for its latest fiscal year. And the company says that its owner has only put up guarantee for its billion dollar debt until mid-2021.

The financial challenges continue for Australian logistics company Toll Group.

In the latest fiscal year, which ran up to and including March, Toll Group's deficit grew to AUD 685.3 million (USD 499.1 million), according to a filing with the Australian stock exchange authorities, reports Australian Financial Review.
