P&O Ferries struggles to raise capital for future operation

Uncertainty looms over ferry operator P&O Ferries' future operation unless the company manages to raise fresh capital from DP World, the company informs The Times.

Ferry operator P&O Ferries, which recently formed a partnership with Danish competitor DFDS, is struggling to stay afloat, writes British daily The Times.

According to the media, P&O Ferries admit to considerable uncertainty about its future operation unless the company manages to secure fresh capital from its Dubai-based owner, the world's largest port company, DP World.
