DSV Panalpina completes billion-dollar acquisition and raises guidance

Logistics company DSV Panalpina has formally acquired Agility Global Integrated Logistics at a price of USD 4.79 billion. The integration of the billion-dollar acquisition is now set to begin. Updated.
