Maersk acquires LF Logistics in billion-dollar transaction

A.P. Møller-Maersk has just announced the takeover of Hongkong-based LF Logistics. "The acquisition is an important and truly strategic milestone," says Maersk CEO Søren Skou.

Maersk has reached an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in LF Logistics Holdings Limited in an all-cash deal, the Danish transportation and logistics company announes Wednesday morning, Copenhagen time.
