British logistics firm looks set to be overtaken by GXO Logistics

US-based GXO appears to be taking over British logistics company Clipper focusing on e-commerce.

Leeds-based Clipper Logistics, which has its main focus on freight in relation to e-commerce, expects to accept an acquisition offer at a value of GBP 943m, according to Financial Times.
