German government parties: DB Schenker ought to be sold

Rumors have long been circulating of German government plans to spin DB Schenker off from state-owned railway company Deutsche Bahn. Politicians from two government parties now say that the logistics firm ought to be sold.

Politicians from two of the three parties in the German government now publicly state that freight forwarding giant DB Schenker should be separated from parent company Deutsche Bahn, according to several German media, including news agency DPA.
