Scan Global prepares for fewer – but markedly bigger – acquisitions

Freight forwarder Scan Global Logistics plans to increase the size of acquisitions markedly. At the same time, the wish list for new markets is clear.

Danish freight forwarder Scan Global Logistics has in recent years been engaged in an acquisition offensive. In 2021 alone, six were completed.

But the hunger for purchases has not been satisfied yet for the company, which also banks on significant organic growth in its new ambition of reaching a revenue of USD 5bn in 2027 against USD 2.3bn in 2021.
