Amazon chief to be CEO of Flexport

Flexport’s founder, Ryan Petersen, has brought in Amazon head as upcoming CEO. Petersen will step down from the chief executive position in six months to become chairman of the board instead.

Dave Clark, Amazon’s consumer chief, has been employed as new CEO of the US logistics firm Flexport, according to Forbes.

Clark, 49, begins at Flexport on July 1 and will start out as co-CEO together with the company founder, Ryan Petersen.
