
Germany’s DB Schenker, owned by state railway operator Deutsche Bahn, has acquired US trucking company USA Truck, headquartered in Van Buren, Arkansas, the company writes in a statement.
USA Truck is a listed company, and DB Schenker pays USD 31.72 per share, corresponding to a total of USD 285m. The combined value of USA Truck amounts to USD 435m, including liquidity and debt.
