Major bank has great faith in Maersk's growing logistics business – will hit milestone in 2024

HSBC has a very positive view on Maersk’s logistics endeavor, which has led to billion-dollar acquisitions in the last year. When the container market normalizes, Maersk’s logistics business and port terminals will reach a milestone in earnings during 2024, according to the major bank.

Even though Maersk’s logistics business has delivered top growth in both revenue and operating income as well as several noteworthy acquisitions in the last 12 months, the logistics part still represents a minor part in the larger earnings image.
