Deutsche Bahn prepares sale of DB Schenker
The supervisory board of state-owned rail operator Deutsche Bahn has agreed to spin off its subsidiary DB Schenker.
State-owned German transportation company Deutsche Bahn has decided to sell logistics operator DB Schenker, charging its management board with the responsibility of completing the sale, Deutsche Bahn reports in a statement on Thursday following an executive meeting.
