For Luke, there was no alternative to fight in the war against Russia. ”I miss my colleagues, my job, my friends, my everyday life,” he says.
He begins every morning by stretching his arms towards the sky and bend his upper body slightly backwards while taking deep breaths as one does in the ’Sun Salutation’ and other yoga practices.
