Asia could be a bright spot for air freight despite meager rates

Cargo volumes and rates have taken a downward turn after the coronavirus pandemic and overcapacity threatens air freight carriers. However, consumer electronics from Asia could be a much-needed bright spot for air freight this fall, major bank HSBC predicts in a market update.
