DSV would still have to pay hefty price to land DB Schenker, says bank

A purchase price of around EUR 13bn for the German logistics company would meet DSV’s conditions for a new major acquisition, according to DNB Markets.
”When we have become so big, it is now difficult to make deals where we double the company, but we believe that we can continue to make large acquisitions,” says Jens Bjørn Andersen, chief executive of DSV, to Børsen. | Photo: Sofia Busk
