Report: Middle-aged men lead Germany's top logistics companies

Only 4 percent of managers in Germany’s 20 largest logistics companies were born in 1981 or later, according to a survey. Companies are taking a risk when it comes to digitalization and recruitment.

Men with an average age of 54 dominate the management boards of Germany’s 20 largest logistics companies in terms of turnover, reports German media Deutsche Verkehrs-Zeitung with reference to a survey by the networking organization Digital8.
