New blood is joining the board of directors of A.P. Moller-Maersk.

The group proposes Allan Thygesen as a new member of the board when the shipping group holds its annual general meeting on March 14.

Allan Thygesen is currently CEO of Docusign, an American IT company that creates software to make it easy to create electronic agreements.

For example, the Docusign Agreement Cloud software offers electronic signatures on various devices. He has been here since 2022.

Before that, Allan Thygesen was CEO of Google and, according to Børsen, was responsible for a third of Google’s revenue.

Robert Mærsk Uggla, Marika Fredriksson, Thomas Lindegaard Madsen and Julija Voitiekute are also proposed for re-election.
