Trump to punish Mexico for illegal immigration with tariffs

The US plans to impose tariffs on all goods from Mexico from June. This is a way of punishing the country for the surge in immigration from Mexico to the US, explains president Donald Trump.

The US will impose a 5 percent tariff on all Mexican goods from June 10. From then, the tariffs will slowly increase until illegal migration from Mexico to the US has stopped, wrote the US president, Donald Trump, on Twitter Thursday:
