Intercargo worried six months prior to new sulfur regulations

Dry bulk shipowners' association Intercargo expresses concerns six months ahead of the new sulfur regulations entering force. Limited access to fuels complying with the new requirements delay practical tests aboard, claims Intercargo.

In less than six months, the world fleet has to be ready to sail in accord with IMO's new sulfur regulations, which is cause for concern at Intercargo, the International Association of Dry Cargo Shipowners.
