Researcher behind scrubber study: "It is necessary to rethink the rules"

Scrubbers are not the right solution if the aim is to lower shipping's pollution, says a researcher behind a Swedish study. She points to low-sulfur fuel as a better alternative for the environment.

A Swedish researcher believes that scrubbers pollute that regulations should be changed, if the aim is to reduce emissions from shipping.
