Trump does not expect to sign trade deal until November

US President Donald Trump does not expect that he and Chinese President Xi Jinping will sign the partial trade agreement Trump announced last Friday until they meet in November at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Forum in Chile, writes Reuters.
