Vale gets green light to restart Brazilian mining operations

In 2020, Vale- and BHP-owned Samarco will be able to restart operations at the mines that collapsed back in 2015. The company has reestablished the mines and received the necessary permits.

Mining company Samarco will be able to resume operations at a series of Brazilian mines included in the so-called Germano Complex.

The company has received approval for its operator license.
