Months of work on new climate requirements for the shipping sector will be reviewed by the European Parliament's environmental committee on Monday and Tuesday.

Ahead of the vote, several compromises have been made, but one much-discussed issue in particular is stilling causing disagreement, namely the matter of carbon quotas for the EU's shipping companies.
