MAN Energy Solutions acknowledges methane problem: Working on three solutions
MAN Energy Solutions is working to reduce emissions of noxious greenhouse gas methane, which comes from LNG. The engine manufacturer has several solutions on its drawing board, according to a new report published in the wake of criticism of the natural gas.
The criticism of liquefied natural gas, LNG, as a sustainable as a sustainable fuel has been rekindled after the latest IMO climate report shows a significant increase in emissions of greenhouse gas methane, which stems from the LNG.
