Jeff Bezos' fund is part of new association for more climate-friendly freight

A new partnership with money from, among others, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos' fund aims to speed up the green transition of the freight sector, including emissions from shipping. Ørsted and the companies gathered in the Getting to Zero Coalition also participate.

More than 400 companies are part of a new partnership aimed at driving the development toward lower emissions from the transport sector, including from shipping.

The founders include Bezos Earth Fund, created by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, who makes his money shipping goods out to consumers across the globe.
