As of late, Danish electrolyzer manufacturer Green Hydrogen Systems has been occupied with seeking investors and shareholders. Now, however, the company will have to find a new profile to oversee its financial administration.

Citing "private circumstances", Chief Financial Officer Kenneth Bergstrøm-Andersen announces his resignation, effective from Jan. 1, 2022, Green Hydrogen Systems informs in a press statement.

"It is with regret and surprise that we have received the resignation by Kenneth Bergstrøm-Andersen. Kenneth has contributed considerably to Green Hydrogen Systems and its successful listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen and his dedication has been important. I thank him very much for all his efforts and wish him every success in the future," writes Thyge Boserup, chair of Green Hydrogen Systems, in the press release.

Bergstrøm-Andersen joined the company in October last year after being recruited from a similar role at compatriot door and window supplier Dovista.

The search for the replacement CFO is now underway, says the company, which points out that the restaffing will not impact its announced objectives, which include achieving operating balance from 2025 after spending the coming years on scaling up and continuing technological development.
