K Line orders eight LNG-powered car carriers

Japanese K Line views liquefied natural gas (LNG) as a path towards less climate-impacting shipping operations and has ordered eight LNG-powered car carriers from three Asian shipyards. The vessels will each have a capacity of 7,000 units.
