Biden criticizes carrier fees

US president Joe Biden is struggling to get inflation under control, and one of the disrupting factors is the ”exorbitant” fees charged by carriers for moving goods, he points out in an opinion piece brought by the Wall Street Journal.

”We can also reduce the cost of everyday goods by fixing broken supply chains, improving infrastructure, and cracking down on the exorbitant fees that foreign ocean freight companies charge to move products,” writes Biden in the Wall Street Journal.
