Criminal case against alleged pirate from Nigeria to begin in November

The court case against the presumed pirate withheld by Danish frigate Esbern Snare in the fall in the Gulf of Guinea after an exchange of fire will take place on November 21 in the City Court of Copenhagen, according to the prosecution authority.

The criminal case following the dramatic exchange of fire between the Danish frigate Esbern Snare and a group of alleged pirates in the Gulf of Guinea in 2021 will commence in November in the City Court of Copenhagen, states the prosecution in a press release.
