Sanctions lawyer warns about loopholes in EU's oil embargo against Russia

In a few months, the EU’s oil embargo against Russia will take effect. But tanker carriers still risk ending up importing Russian oil to the union, lawyer specializing in sanctions tells ShippingWatch.
