Shipowners have big loans in China – now they are starting to worry about sanctions

Sanctions against Russia have reflected a broad consensus in the West to use embargos as a political weapon. Shipowners are now discussing whether the same measures might be used against China and thereby Chinese leasing companies, says one US bank.
