Bulgaria to keep up export flows of Russian fuels to Ukraine

Derogation from EU sanctions allows for Russian fuel to keep flowing into Ukraine via Bulgaria after Feb. 5.

Bulgaria is to continue exports of fuel products based on Russian crude after Feb. 5, which would have marked the expiration date of the countries exemption from EU sanctions, writes Euractiv.
