Yara to ship CO2 from the Netherlands for permanent storage in Norway

By capturing CO2, the Norwegian company will produce ”clean” ammonia for the green transition of shipping, among other industries.

Fertilizer major Yara will capture and store CO2 from its ammonia production in Sluiskil, the Netherlands, from where it will be transported to Norway and permanently deposited in liquid form under the seabed.
