Three countries plan to remove floating mines in the Black Sea

Defense ministers from Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria will sign an agreement in January next year to remove mines floating towards their countries from Ukraine and Russia.

Mines placed in Russian and Ukrainian waters in the Black Sea as a result of the war between the two countries must be removed.
