Bimco wants clear legal language for new scrapping rules

In 2025, the new Hong Kong Convention for responsible ship recycling will come into force. But the legal gray areas are still unsettled, according to Bimco chief.

Legal clarification is still needed on several aspects of the upcoming Hong Kong Convention on safe and responsible ship recycling, which will come into force in 2025.
